The trees are the responsibility of the property owner, and must be trimmed to eight feet above the sidewalk and 15 feet above the street. N o trees may be planted on the terrace without a permit, and permits are available at the Parks & Recreation office or online. Removal of trees must be done by the city, and terrace trees that appear diseased or dead should be reported to the Parks & Recreation office.
