Westbound traffic on Interstate 80 in Poweshiek County was disrupted for a time early Wednesday morning due to a vehicle fire which forced a detour.

Investigators say the incident happened near Exit 191 near Grinnell.

The westbound lanes of I-80 were temporarily closed due to the accident, but have since been re-opened.

The Iowa State Patrol reports no serious injuries in the crash.

Traffic was backed up for a good distance while officials worked to clear the scene.
